Clinton Police Chief Retires

Friday is the last day on the job for Clinton police chief, Brian Guy.

Last month he announced his retirement - officially it takes effect next month, but by using up his vacation and personal days, he'll leave office today.
Guy joined the Clinton Police Department nearly 36 years ago, and has served as chief for more than 14 years.

After a stint at an oldies station in Topeka, Kansas (imagine getting paid to play “Louie Louie” and “Great Balls of Fire”), he wormed his way into news, first in Topeka, and then in Freeport Illinois.
