Some century-old Davenport warehouses have been renovated for residential and commercial use. Y & J Properties and Insight Management will offer tours Friday afternoon of the Gordon-Van Tine buildings on Federal Street.
Leasing agent, Mikayla Steen, says 50% of the space has already been leased in the three buildings.

"So we offer amenities that really aren't seen in other buildings with other rental properties. We've got a roof top pool and two roof top lounge areas along with a roof top walkway. We also have a large movie theater and social room in the building."
After four years of work the buildings have been converted into 130 residential and commercial units.

Two of the three buildings date back to 1907 and 1910, while the third was added in the 1960s, and now serves as the factory and showroom for the Isabel Bloom company.
Steen says one bedroom apartments rent for $900 to $1,100 a month and two bedroom units cost between $1,300 and $1,400.
Y & J Properties say the project was funded in part by state and federal tax credits and its past projects include several historic buildings including Peterson Paper, the Halligan Building, and Hibernia Hall.
