Following the informational meeting, she will share resources on how to plan for the end of life and the importance of talking about your end of life wishes. Participants should bring a notepad and laptop if possible. Participants will have the opportunity to purchase a copy of End Notes which is a wonderful way to start planning for the end of life. This event is free, but participants must register.
