During this free community event, I will be holding a grief ritual, with a sound bath, at Nahant Marsh.
This event will be held in the community center. Attendees will experience a grieving ritual followed by a sound bath. A grieving ritual is a symbolic act where we are able to express our grief through mindful actions. Grieving comes in many different forms. This could be related to personal losses, concerns for loved ones’ well-being, environmental concerns, etc. By sharing our grief as a community we can see the collective grief we share. Please dress comfortably and please bring a yoga mat. Attendees must register as space is limited.
This event is a chance to experience one of the many things an end of life doula can offer.
