New River Bandits GM

Less than two months before the new season begins, the Quad Cities River Bandits have hired a new general manager. Today the team introduced Harold Craw - he comes to the River Bandits with 11 years experience in minor league baseball.

Craw says he's very excited about working at Modern Woodmen Park in Davenport.
He spent the past ten years in South Carolina, working for the Charleston River Dogs - a Class-A affiliate of the New York Yankees in the South Atlantic League. The last 3 years he's served as assistant general manager.

River Bandits owner Dave Heller calls him "one of the true rising stars in Minor League Baseball." Craw was the South Atlantic League's 2008 Sales Executive of the Year and 2009 Community Relations Director of the Year. He replaces Stefanie Brown who gave up the job last month for family reasons. Instead, today Heller announced she'll become the executive director of Modern Woodmen Park.
