Record Hurricane Season Strains FEMA Resources

As Floridians clean up after Jeanne, the head of FEMA says the agency's resources have never been stretched so thin. Four hurricanes haven't struck one state in one season since 1886, in Texas. Florida's post-hurricane work could continue for another year. Hear NPR's Christopher Joyce.
