In March 2011, WVIK quietly launched a capital campaign to replace aging equipment, improve our facilities infrastructure and invest in future programming on WVIK. Our goal of $700,000 by December 31 2012, is ambitious, but necessary. Without new technology in improvements to our building, office and programming, WVIK's future remains uncertain. But you can help, by making an investment in WVIK's future, by pledging to ourcapital campaign.

You may have already made a gift to WVIK this year. Thank you. Without your annual support, we could not afford the pay the bills that bring you the important programming that we broadcast to our community. And now we are asking you to consider an addition gift of support.
Can I make a multi-year pledge?Because we are asking for special gifts, we have designed multi-year pledges that also include a multi-year annual contribution. The total gift can be spread over a two-year period. Donors may contributeto the WVIK Campaign while maintaining their annual support to WVIK. Pledges are individuallydesigned to match the need of each donor.
Will WVIK take gifts of stocks (securities, real estate)?WVIK can accept cash, check, charge, electronic fund transfers, appreciated stock or securities, andreal estate. We will also work with donors to set up charitable annuities.
Is my gift tax-deductible?Yes. WVIK is a charitable organization registered under Augustana College with the Internal RevenueService. The amount of reduction on an individual's taxable income is dependent upon each donor'sindividual situation.
