The City of Davenport has completely evacuated another downtown building. It's located right across West 4th Street from the building that partially collapsed.

The majority of its apartments were evacuated on May 31st. But now, the city has ordered the five remaining residential units to be vacated, emptying the whole building at both 400 and 410 N. Main.

Davenport has also ordered the property owner to install temporary, structural shoring inside the Executive Square before a crew begins to dismantle the partially collapsed building across the street.

The Red Cross continues to help any displaced residents. They can call 1-800-RED-CROSS for assistance.
