Forecasters at the Quad Cities National Weather Service say an Alberta clipper brought light snow to eastern Iowa and northwestern Illinois Monday morning. Snowfall amounts ranged from around 1 to 3 inches, with higher amounts occurring in some areas.
At the Quad City Airport, 1.6" of snow fell, with slightly less at the Davenport Airport at 1.5", and the Dubuque airport with 2.4".
