For this week's Big Story in the Quad-City Times, political reporter Ed Tibbetts spent some time in Clinton County, Iowa.
It's a county that traditionally votes for democratic presidential candidates, but in the 2016 election, its residents voted for Donald Trump.
Now, one year after the election, Tibbetts looks at the factors that led to this shift and how Democrats are trying to regain their stronghold in that area.
