Black Hawk College will host its annual community budget forums this week.
Before the Board of Trustees approves a budget on June 23, the college's President Bettie Truitt and Chief Financial Officer Steve Frommelt will present an overview and answer questions from the community.
Frommelt says they are anticipating 75 percent of their usual state funding.
The forums will be Wednesday from 5 to 7 p.m. in the Sustainable Technologies Building at the Quad Cities campus and Thursday from 5 to 7 p.m. in the Community Education Center in Kewanee.
