Pastor & Police Hope Effort Cuts Racial Tension

A local pastor wants to reduce racial tension between minorities and the police. This morning, Reverend P. Wonder Harris and the East Moline Police Department announced training is available for anyone who wants to learn what to do when they get pulled over and what not to do.
 
Michelle O'Neill reports, those who take the training then receive bright, yellow stickers to place on their cars.
