Michael Motto of Davenport has his own private practice and serves as a part-time magistrate judge in Scott County. Tamra Roberts of Tipton also has a private practice and serves as a part-time magistrate judge in Cedar County.
One of them will replace District Judge Nancy Tabor who's retired.
