  • The iWireless Center in downtown Moline has a new name. Starting this Sunday, the 12,000-seat arena and conference center will be called the "TaxSlayer Center"as part of a $3.3 million deal witha Georgia-based tax and financial services company.

  • The Iowa Army National Guard will hold community send-off ceremonies today for nearly 400 soldiers. The 248th Aviation Support Battalion will be deployed overseas for active duty in several nations, including Iraq and Afghanistan.
