Business and government leaders from the Quad Cities will travel to the Illinois capitol Wednesday. They'll ask state officials for money to build the new I-74 bridge and finish construction at Western Illinois University.

Henry Marquard, from the Quad Cities Chamber of Commerce, says in Springfield, the group will meet with the governor, statehouse leaders, and agency officials. Their main goal is to press for a state budget.
The group will also ask state leaders to fund the construction of passenger rail service from the Quad Cities to Chicago.

And, Marquard wants to talk to the Secretary of State about Illinois drivers licenses and the Real ID Act.
