Rauner at Minority Business Fair

Illinois Governor Bruce Rauner promoted his "business friendly" policies on Thursday at the annual Black Chamber convention in East Peoria.

But as Illinois Public Radio's Cass Herrington reports, some state politicians say those policies actually hurt minorities in the workforce.
