The federal government has made a deal with James Watts and his companies to settle a $30 million tax case.

Four years ago in Davenport, US Attorney Nicholas Klinefeldt filed a lawsuit against Watts and his companies claiming since 1990 they collected employment taxes from workers but failed to pay the government.

Michelle O'Neill reports, on today's WVIK News Focus.
