Venezuela's Chávez Promises Justice For Rally Victims

Venezuelan president Hugo Chávez vows to find and punish those responsible for killing two of his supporters during Friday's demonstrations in Caracas. A general strike marked by sporadic violence has paralyzed Venezuela's oil industry. NPR's Martin Kaste reports.
