Moline City Administrator, Lisa Kotter, has resigned.

She's only been in the position for five months.

Tuesday's city council agenda includes a mutual agreement for Kotter to leave her job, effective immediately. 

Another item is to appoint Public Works Director J. D. Schulte Interim City Administrator with a 10% increase in his salary. 

Should the city of Moline allow the sale of recreational cannabis when it becomes legal in Illinois next year ? To help answer that question, the city has issued a "request for information."

Tuesday, April 16th, Moline welcomes a new city administrator.

Moline Mayor Stephanie Acri has announced the city's new administrator will be Lisa Kotter, who is currently serving in that position in Geneseo.

Acri hopes she'll start her new job in Moline by the end April. 

Kotter has 25 years of municipal management experience, including 17 years as the City Administrator of Clintonville, Wisconsin.
