Democrats in Rock Island County are kicking off the first official day of early voting by doing just that - voting.

Additional polling places open Monday, October 24, for residents of Rock Island County. Voters can cast ballots early at several locations until November 4th.

Another actress is making her way through Iowa this week, campaigning for Hillary Clinton. Monday, actress and activist, Busy Philipps is visiting early voting polling locations and colleges throughout the state. 

Scott County Auditor's Office

Residents of Scott County now have more places where they can vote early. Monday, October 17, the county opened additional satellite locations, so residents can cast ballots in-person before November 8th.

Former president Bill Clinton will be in Davenport Thursday night. It'll be one stop on his "Early Vote Bus Tour" through Iowa this week, where he's encouraging residents to vote for his wife, Hillary Clinton.

An actress known for her role on the drama series "One Tree Hill" will campaign for Hillary Clinton in Davenport this weekend. Saturday, Sophia Bush will speak at two events in the Quad Cities, before heading to central Iowa.

Employees in the Rock Island County Clerk's office have been busy as hundreds of people vote early in the primary. But all election workers in Illinois are about to get even busier.

Early voting in the Quad Cities is the highest it's ever been. With seven days to go before the general election, over 30,000 residents of Rock Island and Scott counties have already cast their votes.
