Moline Police Department
Formerly of Orion, Siebke was living in Ohio when she was arrested a year ago. Police had used DNA from the baby, known as Baby April, to identify her as a suspect.
Back in 1992, the body of a female infant was found in a trash bag in the Mississippi River, in downtown Moline. She was named Baby April, and buried in Riverside Cemetery.
Siebke's sentencing is set for January 31st.
