Police have released the name and condition of a toddler shot in Dubuque last weekend. Police say two-year-old Jeremiah Horsley is in stable condition at the University of Iowa Hospitals.
On Sunday, police responded to Horsley's home on Main Street after a reported shooting. The toddler suffered a gunshot wound to the face, and was airlifted to Iowa City.
Police say several adults and children were present at the time, but no arrests have been made. Interviews with witnesses and family members are ongoing.
