Police in Davenport are trying to figure out who slashed some car tires at Northpark Mall over the weekend.
After receiving a complaint on Saturday, police canvassed the shopping center parking lot and found 14 cars with slashed tires.
Anyone with information about this, or about the possible identity of the man in the photograph, is asked to call the Davenport Police Department at (563) 326-6125, or people can submit anonymous tips using a mobile app, entitled “CityConnect Davenport, IA.”
