Back in 1990, Scott Reeder was the night police reporter for the Quad-City Times. One night, he was told to cover a fire reported near Jefferson Elementary School in Davenport, Iowa.
He arrived on the scene around the same time as the police and fire departments. None of them had expected to find the body of a nine-year-old girl from Rock Island, Illinois.
Scott shares what he remembers from the crime scene, along with other reporters, police officers and fire fighters.
