Residents of Rock Island County can help reduce the size of the county board. This week, the board will hold two, virtual town hall meetings on re-apportionment and cutting the number of seats.
One of the town halls will be held Monday night, and the second on Thursday night, and both from 6:30 to 7:30 pm.
Attendees will hear from three panelists on the re-apportionment process, and be able to ask questions. The public can attend via Zoom, or by phone, with the Zoom and call-in information posted on the Rock Island County home page.
