A new director has taken over at the Bettendorf Public Library. Jillian Aschliman began her new job last week, succeeding Sue Sharp who retired in February.
During the past eight years, Aschliman has served as Director of the LeClaire Community Library and most recently at the Dewitt Community Library where she oversaw a $5.7 million renovation and expansion.
She began her new duties on March 29th.
