Health care is one of the major differences between the two candidates for congress in Iowa's second district. That was obvious during Saturday's debate in Davenport between democratic incumbent Dave Loebsack, and republican challenger, Mariannette Miller-Meeks.
She calls the new health care law, "un-affordable."
Several times, Miller-Meeks declined to say specifically if she would vote to repeal, but would say she favors patient-centered, affordable care with universal access.
Loebsack favors fixing the law, but overall still believes it's a good idea.
They also clashed on who's to blame for gridlock in Washington, and which party would do more to help the economy.
Loebsack is now serving his 4th term, including two victories over Miller-Meeks - in 2008 and 20-10.
