Democratic presidential candidate Julian Castro will campaign in Iowa this weekend. This will be the third trip to the state for the former mayor of San Antonio and former Secretary of Housing and Urban Development.
Castro will start on Sunday afternoon with a meet and greet with Scott County Democrats, at the UFCW Hall on West Central Park Avenue in Davenport. It begins at 1 pm.
Then at 3, he'll hold a similar event in Muscatine at Strawberry Farms Bed and Breakfast. And end the day at a Political Party Live Podcast Taping, at the Mill in Iowa City at 7 pm.
Castro will make two campaign stops in Des Moines on Monday.
