A whistleblower complaint released Thursday says White House officials sought to "lock down" records of a phone call in which President Donald Trump urged his Ukrainian counterpart to investigate Democratic rival Joe Biden.
The document (below) was released ahead of scheduled testimony from Joseph Maguire, the acting director of national intelligence.

The White House has released a memorandum of notes taken by national security personnel of the July 25th, 2019 call between President Donald Trump and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy.
