Reducing crime in the city and public safety would be her top priorities if elected.
"I would like to see this place become the Davenport that I remember it being, with community events, you know that your kids are safe, you know that you are safe, and you know that at the end of the day when you go home you can be happy with your family and not have to worry about the next day."
She's also focused on economic development, especially in Davenport's West End, protecting civil rights, affordable housing, and riverfront protection.
The city election will be held in November, with a primary in October if necessary.
