Governor Bobby Jindal Campaigns in the Quad Cities

Hours after President Obama campaigned in the Quad Cities, a rising star in the Republican party came to rally supporters for Mitt Romney. Louisiana Governor Bobby Jindal spoke at the Scott County Republican's annual dinner in Bettendorf.

The Governor started by congratulating Iowa Governor Terry Branstad and his administration on their efforts in recent years.

He then started his critique of President Obama, first by saying that his policies were in-effective. He then ran through a "greatest hits" of conservative attacks on the president. Including his "you didn't build that" remark, reaching back to his comment during the 2008 election that rural voters "cling to guns and religion."

The governor closed by saying that the President Obama was a good man, but an incompetent leader.
