U. of Dub. Dedicates Heritage Center

October  11, 2013

The University of Dubuque will celebrate a major addition this weekend. The Heritage Center actually opened on campus in May, but will be dedicated on Sunday as part of homecoming weekend.

The 80,000 square foot center cost 31 million dollars, and includes the student center and cafe, gallery and display space, offices, and performance venues. One of them is the 1,000 seat John and Alice Butler Hall.

The Festival Worship Service and Dedication of the Heritage Center will be held Sunday at 11 am.
