Vice Presidential Candidate Paul Ryan Campaigns in Clinton

     Lower taxes, the national debt and China-  those were the themes for Republican Vice Presidential candidate Paul Ryan this morning in Clinton. On the lawn of the county court house, he began the second day of a two day campaign trip to eastern Iowa.
    Ryan started by telling the crowd President Obama's polices are hurting the economy.
