St. Ambrose University is preparing for its winter commencement weekend. On Saturday, 261 graduates, including 92 grad students and 36 doctoral candidates, will receive their degrees.
The featured speaker at the ceremony will be Dr. Kirk Kelley. He has been a member of the biology department for 28 years and has also served as a member of the university's Board of Studies and as the board chair.
Commencement will be held at the River Center in downtown Davenport and starts at 11 am on Saturday.
