This week, ten women's college basketball teams will start league play on the way to the Quad Cities for the Missouri Valley Conference tournament.

Bradley Head Coach, Andrea Gorski, says the Braves are 10-1 in nonconference play.
She hopes they continue to improve until the championship in March at the TaxSlayer Center in Moline.
Freshman, Ellie Spelhaug from Pleasant Valley, is one of Gorski's younger players contributing to Bradley's early season success. The Braves host Drake on Friday.
So far, the Northern Iowa Panthers are undefeated at home, as are Bradley, Illinois State, and Southern Illinois.
The Missouri Valley Conference Women's Basketball tournament will be held March 14-17, 2019.
