Interview With Chanticleer Music Director Fred Scott

The University of Dubuque Heritage Center continues its sixth annual Live at Heritage Center Performing Arts Series with the male vocal ensemble Chanticleer on Saturday, Oct. 6, at 7:30 p.m. in John and Alice Butler Hall.

Named for the "clear-singing" rooster in Geoffrey Chaucer’s Canterbury Tales, Chanticleer was founded in 1978 and became known first for its interpretations of Renaissance music.

The San Francisco-based Grammy Award-winning group will perform its 40th anniversary program, "Then and There, Here and Now".
