The Mississippi River Visitor Center at Locks and Dam 15 is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily. The center is on the west end of Arsenal Island near the Government Bridge.  Visitors can watch towboats pass through the locks and displays explain the process, and park rangers are available to answer questions.
